Recently you booked for our daughter's wedding reception the musical group "Doc and the Cruisers." I am writing to tell you how much we appreciated both their talent and their performance.

Since the reception several guests have made a point of telling us how much they enjoyed the music. Particular note was taken of the breadth of the repertoire, appealing to all tastes young and old alike. Mention was made also of the fact that the band did not play so loud as to make conversation impossible, in my opinion a rather widespread failure among musical performers these days, and we received several favorable comments on the vocalist. Clearly, the musical portion of our function was a great success.

It was a pleasure dancing and listening to your band at the Southern Union Company Annual Holiday Party at the Driskill Hotel. The music you provided was a good mix of country/western, Christmas Carols, easy listening and rock and roll. We all enjoyed the variety. Several employees had positive comments on your performance.

Doc and the Cruisers exceeded our fondest expectations; the accolades are still forthcoming by the attendees. This is most unusual for our employee base, since we seem to never hear when something is right, yet always hear when something is wrong.

They started the evening out low and slow, in a jazzy kind of mood that worked very well since the majority of attendees were eating and conversing during the early portion of the party. As the night progressed Doc picked thing up and got everyone swinging. It was great!
